Since that time, the company has grown in size and reputation. In 2018, CareCo Medical embarked on a company-wide restructuring and rebranding effort. This effort was designed to maximize the company’s resources in the face of a changing home health care industry, while at the same time making sure that the organization remains focused on its core values of customized and compassionate care. Helga Pfanner
Founder/Owner
Helga Pfanner is a passionate advocate for seniors and people with disabilities. In addition to her role as Executive Director of the CareCo Foundation. Ms. Pfanner is the founder of CareCo Medical Home Health and CEO of CareCo Shoreline Home Care, companies Ms. Pfanner created to support individuals with health or mobility challenges who want to remain in their homes, health and happy.
Alisha Kallajian
Chief Executive Officer
Alisha Kallajian is a key member of the CareCo Medical Home Health team. Ms. Kallajian works in the billing and coding department and as of January 2022 has taken on the role as CEO of CareCo Medical Home Health. Ms. Kallajian is passionate about CareCo Medical Home Health and oversees the day to day of the company.

Shae Goodman is a vital part of the CareCo Medical Home Health team. As Office Manager, Ms. Goodman manages different aspects of the CareCo Medical office and company as she works along side the CEO, Administrator and Founder to ensure a smooth functioning Company for the patients as well as staff.
Gwendolyn Coy
Office Assistant
Gwendolyn Coy is a dedicated CareCo Medical Home Health employee who ensures that everyone who communicates with the company is treated with the CareCo values whether it be the patients, staff, etc. Ms. Coy assists everyone within CareCo Medical with various different duties making her a great asset to the company and patients.
